Teboil Ward series oils are cylinder and system oils for ships’ medium-speed submersible piston engines. The oils have excellent cleaning properties, resistance to oxidation in hot conditions, good water resistance and filterability.

The viscosity of the oil is selected according to the engine manufacturer’s recommendations, and the selection of the TBN number is made according to the engine manufacturer’s recommendations and the fuel used. The higher the sulfur content of the fuel used, the higher the use of oil with a TBN number is recommended. This ensures that the engine remains clean and that the lubricant has a long service life.
